Somebody is in a really good mood

as they whistle while walking down the street.  It's kind of dark right now and I really can't see who it is but I can definitely hear them.  Usually I will hear the mailman whistling while he is delivering the mail but the mail has already come so this could be somebody else.  But whoever they are they are certainly in a good mood!
