May 2012 - Walking For Fitness


Coming in May 2012-Walking For Fitness - Learn how to safely and effectively warm up, cool down, and walk to burn calories and improve your fitness during this free walking workshop. The workshop will include a discussion and wall. All ages and fitness levels are welcome.
